In our tumbling classes, the goal is to have fun and teach new skills. Our athletes are always encouraged to set personal goals, work with coaches, and work independently to achieve those goals. Our instructors teach by using drills and spotted skills. Each class starts with a group warm-up followed by stations where we use drills to teach muscle memory and flexibility to our athletes. We have homework (safe drills) our athletes can be working on between classes to help them achieve their goals. These classes are great for anyone wanting to cheer for their school sideline team.
